Hello!
I am a musician and teacher specializing in many drumming traditions of the Spanish-speaking Caribbean and specific regions of West Africa. I have been a student of these traditions and have been studying and performing locally, nationally and internationally for over 20 years. I have been a teacher for most of my professional life and have concentrated in teaching private drum lessons, group classes, workshops, and college courses. I am also a fluent Spanish speaker an have qualifications to teach up to or at the college level.

Have you always wanted to play congas, but have never had formal training or lessons? I offer training in the art of traditional and contemporary popular drumming traditions of the Spanish speaking Caribbean and specific regions of West Africa. I offer private and group drum/percussion classes, clinics and workshops around the Twin Cities (St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota) and throughout the Midwest region of the United States.
